Lovely salon. Amazing staff. Friendly and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done. They always do an amazing job and listen to what you actually want and give great advice.

I've been going to the Temple Hair Spa for several years and in my opinion it is an excellent salon. All staff are considerate, warm and professional. I've had my hair done by Francesca, Michelle and Stacey and all 3 give first class service. All three always show genuine interest in my opinions about my hair as well as suggesting ways to achieve it.I am always delighted with the results and always enjoy the experience of going. I do echo what another reviewer said as well anout the atmosphere in the salon, always very pleasant and relaxed.
I have been going to the Temple Spa, Ashby now for about a year and a half. The salon is not like most I have been to in that it is friendly, relaxed and professional. The ladies are all friendly and you don't get that awkward feeling you can get from other 'clicky' ones. That's not why I love it. They really take time to listen to you and if you want a change they have time to chat to you and don't make you feel like you are a pain in the ass (which they must feel at times). The quality of the work is the best I have seen and I have Star mostly but have had 2 others and both were also great. The manager doesn't stand out because there doesn't feel like a divide between her and the team, which shows she is nice to work for and leads by example. She donated to my stray dog appeal and very much follows the brands kindness approach. I like the place alot and would recommend.
