Visited MRB Car Sales after endlessly looking for Audi's and Volkswagen's for a replacement car for my wife. Decided on a change so started looking at Honda's and the adverts for a Civic came up. The price looked great (about 300-400 quid cheaper than anything else that was popping up) so decided to call in. They couldn't be more helpful, very down to earth, approachable and doesn't push the sale unlike others I've used around near me. No BS just good honest information. Got in the car and test drove it. It handled like new (55k on clock) with no complaints. Deposit left and returned later the following week to collect. All the paperwork, keys and Road Tax were sorted there and then. Superb value for the money and the Mrs is chuffed to bits. Ill happily return back again when other car goes. Honestly, read the reviews and decide for yourself. Bought a Mini from Rob yesterday-all good so far (one car ride, a taxi and 3 connecting trains were worth the effort but the journey home in the car was even better!)Rob described the car to a tee, gave great comm's and even picked me up from the station-first class service!Recommended from start to finish-nice one lads!
Paul very nice good customer service fantastic helpful person. But unfortunately the tobell platinum warranty cover offered to me by him was complete waste of money. This company tobell is a rip off company always looking for an excuse not to pay giving unnecessary excuse. I had an mechanical breakdown which was sudden and unforeseen failure of a part but they still made excuse, my car had to be towed to the garage. The cost of repair was 1168 and they only offers 500 based on a part which didn't even exist for my car.After the repair I had to post the original receipt which I did on 3rd of May 2018 and had to make several calls to get the 500 on the 18th May 2018...something needs to be done about these type of companies I am out of pocket for warranty that apparently doesnt exist.
