Went to dentist with husband.as he went upstairs i waited for him downstairs.after a while someone in the office was talking loudy to receptionists about a paitent .how she spoke to them about her was appaulling.i could hear everything not only was it unprofessional it was absoulty disgusting to think that one day it could be someone sitting in the waiting room listening to what they think of you.There conduct was well out of order and i would hope that it never happens again whilst i am there.Next time keep the door closed and have some respect for people .

My family have been coming to Market Street Dental practice for a number of years now. I can't fault them, from the moment you walk through the door the reception staff are so friendly & efficient. Kathryn, my childrens dentist is lovely, she makes them feel so relaxed & is brilliant with them if they have to have a needle. I have honestly never met a friendlier person, she makes dentist visits less daunting.

Refused to see me after I rang and told them I was stuck in traffic. Said well if your 1 minute late we can't see you. Was forced to find an other dentist right there and then as I was in so much pain with an infection. Will not be going back to them. And I wouldn't recommend
