Useless. Pushed off work early. Called at 3.45pm and was told by a Microsoft voicemail that I was calling outside office hours. In the meantime, I had paid for next day shipping to get supplies urgently for a job that I will not be able to now fulfil and have suffered consequential losses because your delivery company "put it on the wrong lorry" and it wasn't delivered.Customer service is appalling. Just spent/wasted 80 minutes on chat with someone in the US who said managers in the UK can't resolve because they've gone home.Avoid the pain and buy elsewhere.
