Have been going to FR for years now. Love the atmosphere and the staff were friendly from the very beginning. Always happy to help with either nutrition or work outs. They now have an in house physio who goes into the gym to show you correct workouts when required ( not used him but have spoken to gym / physio users not staff). Lost out on a star purely 'cause sometimes the music is too rave/ duff duff which I hate. But everything is great. Would heartedly recommend.

Such an amazing friendly gym! The staff are always on hand to give advice and help and make you feel at ease. If you are looking for a gym I cant recommend Fitness Republic more highly!
Couldn't recommend Fitness Republic high enough, really friendly and make you feel at ease and comfortable. Always staff on hand to offer advice and encouragement, always go out of their way for you. And members are very friendly too, brill place.
As always, everything looks rosy when you join. Difficulties starts when you want to cancel your membership. Nobody is here to respond to you and moreover they try to get from you as much money as possible. There is plenty of nicer gyms around Ashby with higher level of transparency. Never again.
