Had a lovely cut by Joseph and great colour from the manager/colorist (she wasn't all that friendly so I didn't get her name) but it is way too expensive for what it is. There was no conversation from her & I didn't get any special treatment here I wouldn't get in any other (or less expensive) salons and, quite frankly, the colorist I had was kinda rough. The Website shows all their staff, painting the picture of a friendly, fun atmosphere, but those photos are 5 years old (she's holding a baby, who's now 5). What I saw was a tired color stylist, unsmiling and rough with my head while weaving/washing. Not that relaxing at all. Also, they had an offer on - Color and Cut @ 50% off but it had to be booked together and was ending the next day. Even though I could've done any time, any day, THEY were unable to fit me in for the two together so I didn't get the offer. Pretty galling then to pay over 240.00 when I knew others were getting the same for 1/2 off...
