Awful , rude ,no customer services skills ,took in several items for repair and looking to purchase a watch for my husband's birthday, obviously did not want my custom and they made that quite clear . Took over two weeks to obtain an estimate ,an estimate Vis an estimate and should not take more than 48hrs , I asked for my items to be returned after them having them for over two weeks ,they were not happy ,when I went in to collect they told me it was because if the back log from Christmas !! And literally chucked my items on the counter ,I asked if they had managed to get an estimate,got told you don't want it you wanted your items returned ,they eventually gave me a price for repairing ,which I think was fair price but out of principal I would not go back . We have brought another more expensive watch elsewhere and I will take my items for repair to them because of the excellent customer service .Happy smiling staff with good customer service goes along way but you won't get it in Ashby jewellers
My partner and I we're looking for an engagement ring and my friend recommended Ashby Jewellers. We we're met by Adam who was very friendly, he asked us relevant questions about what we were after (size, style, price) there was no hard sale and Adam knew what he was talking about. We chose the ring we wanted and we were kept informed of the progress throughout.Of course we went back for our wedding bands and Adam did a great job once again.Many thanks Ashby Jewellers.
Fantastic Jewellers! Staff super helpful, really sorted us out with our perfect wedding bands, along with a number of gifts to family, fair pricing and although the shop appeared small had a great choice and selection! I cannot recommend enough, above and beyond service and quality. Thank you.
