Good selection of pet supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. A small but good reptile section. Several small animals for sale, such as hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits. Tropical and cold water fish and lots of tanks and accessories. A large store with plenty of space in the aisles, clean and well stocked. Trolleys outside for the heavy goods that take a coin to release. Free parking outside but is shared with Wickes and can be difficult to get out of at peak times.
Given I prefer independent stores this branch does an excellent job at personalising service. Wide range of pet foods and medications with good opening hours.
Staff are rude didn't engage anyone while I was in there, live food was mostly dead, then when unasked about food was lied too. Won't be coming here here again.
Comprehensive range of goods. Not the cheapest pet shop, but you can usually get what you need
Store manager really helped with crate advice and nothing seemed too much trouble. When we had finished I realised he should have finished work 45 mins before! Great service thanks
