Having ordered paint through this local company over the phone on a Tuesday. We were told to arrive on Thursday. Upon arrival we were told that "we" hadn't ordered any paint. We trying to explain our position the young male in the shop took a disgraceful attitude telling us he didnt care who we were we and that hadn't ordered the paint despite our phone call on Tuesday ordering exact quantities and colour. Never going to use this company again as my wife was left quite upset.Zero stars!!
I have used this shop several times now, always helpful on colours and always have the Farrow and Ball stock I need. I have used the website to and delivery has always been fast. Glad to have this shop in Ashby
