I would never deal with this company again, we bought 3 radiators through Screwfix that came from this company. The radiators didn't work properly and in the end they did acknowledge that there was a fault with the radiators they supplied us. It took over 3 months to get to the stage where they gave us the replacements. We have installed this for a client and we are now out of pocket by more than a 1000 for all our time spend going back and forth to figure out what was going on. They even said they would pay for our labour cost and we got 450, what a joke!!!!They don't care about their customers.Avoid this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 radiators on a Friday evening . Unfortunately I had to cancel the order via email on Saturday as I had made a mistake with size. Got a confirmation of order cancellation from Agadon on Monday morning. I would certainly not hesitate to order from this company with such prompt action over a cancellation. I consider that to be good customer service.
