Don't touch this solicitors with a barge pole!!! Totally mess made of my house sale and purchase which involved the solicitor actually "forgetting" to request funds from my mortgage company, leaving me having to sell before I could buy and effectively homeless for a tonight.All this done whilst they were fully aware I was in hospital seriously ill.So,from my hospital bed I had to find somewhere for my Dog,cat and furniture to go overnight whilst they scrambled about ineffectually blaming each other!!!Never known a solicitors like it!! A complete disgrace of a business, no apology and treated with disdain on complaining.
A good experience on whole. Solicitor was very proactive and updated me a lot more than most. Everyone was friendly and knew my case as soon as I called. Solicitor did however have a tendency to take fridays off including the completion date but everyone's entitled to holiday I suppose! Would defiantly use again
