Shocking service!!!! Lie all the time. Nearly make people lose the purchase and dont care at all when you tell them this!!!! They take weeks to respond to anything and when chased you can never speak to anyone who cares. I would recommend not using this company

Painfully slow solicitor which has caused nothing but problems. No chain , no forward purchase , very straight forward on paper but over 4 months and no completion
DO NOT USE THEM. If I could zero star them I would. They almost lost our house purchase for us. They sit on information for MONTHS without doing anything. Lie about what theyve completed and on the off chance your lucky enough to have the phone answered by them they all tell you different information, non of it true.Never had one apology from them for all the trouble and stress they caused.I mean you pay for the stress to be taken off your shoulders but these guys pile it back on in the bucketload. Ive never been trained to be a solicitor but I can tell you Id of got it done quicker. Only go with them if you want a challenge or youre happy for all 4 seasons to of passed before you move in. NEVER AGAIN
An absolute disgrace!!!! DO NOT use this so called solicitor.If you actually want your house sale/purchase to happen, steer clear.Unfortunately our buyer were allocated this company and we have had problem after problem ever since. Agreed a sale in March......still not gone through. Mistake after mistake, our solicitor and estate agent had difficulty getting contact with them and they were obstructive throughout the entire which is still ongoing. If you dont believe me, please read the other reviews. How they have a rating above 1 out of 10 is even beyond comprehensive. The company is well known by other agencies and solicitors for poor service and we are still paying the price for incompetence.
