It did take NF well over six months to sell our property, but in their defence, it was a bit of a unique property, not your bulk standard semi on an estate, and we had to drop our price by more than 10,000 which was a bit more than we expected. The staff there are very friendly, although occasionally I felt that information wasn't always promptly passed on and I had to keep asking what was happening. There was one occasion when NF failed to turn up for a viewing which they had arranged, which was rather annoying. But overall, I know that they did work hard in getting our property sold.

The sale took 10 months. The house went on sale (three times), and each time, we received an offer within a couple of weeks. After each offer, NF seemed to go into reactive mode rather being proactive. It seemed that we had to phone before NF would check on any progress. On the third occasion, when we had started to get a second agent involved, an offer appeared within a week, we started to get regular feedback, and the sale was complete within 7 weeks.
