Peter & Michaela were both fantastic when they sold our property back in December. When we first met Peter we knew they were the agents for us and he came across very professional, knowledgeable and said what we wanted to hear. Peter attended all the viewings for us and was punctual at every appointment. Michaela, on the other hand dealt with every agents worst nightmare buyer. She handled him very well and with out her I would have lost my rag with the buyer and thus lost the sale. They are a small husband and wife team, but dont let that put you off with the expertise that they provided for us and a personal approach and even kept in contact with us whilst they were on holiday and at all times.

I can not recommend Peter and Michaela Whitehead enough. Yes selling a house is a stressful process but they managed to eliminate most of that with their continual communication and their commitment to selling our house. I can strongly recommend Whitehead Estate Agents in Ashby de la Zouch. My Husband and I sold a house and apartment with them recently. Peter and Michaela worked extremely hard to achieve a smooth sale on our behalf. Obviously, as with any Leashold property, problems may occur but we had constant updates along with Peter and Michaela chasing up Solicitors etc... I felt confident that our property sales were in professional and safe hands. Selling and buying can be extremely stressful but Whiteheads made the whole process as painless as could be.
