Not a great standard of spa. Facilities need an upgrade. Staff need some training on customer service. There needs to be a better atmosphere for relaxing. If you can get a cheap deal it's comparable to a hotel spa. But don't pay extra it's not a chpneys spa standard
Always a great experience whenever i visit this facility on a daily basis. Excellent customer service from every staff member throughout the spa centre. Fitness staff provide excellent classes with professional advice and assistance. They are always ready and willing to provide additional support whenever asked, providing good communication throughout and also demonstrating that listening ear to any problems you may have with classes, equipment or even injuries and provide clear advice. Thank you for making each and every visit enjoyable.
Two night stay. Food, therapists and staff as good as ever but building (and my room) looking a little tired. To be fair they have got painters in right now refreshing areas but my bathroom wasn't quite as it should have been (off-colour grout, cracks in some of the tiles at glaze level, rust on the shower curtain rail and a general feeling of tiredness). Didn't feed it back whilst I was there as the room was perfectly clean, the bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom really was clean. Very happy with the stay overall, but if you like a perfect room opt for the upgrade to the superior room.
Another great stay at Champneys Springs. Great food, good facilities. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely return.
A fun place to visit and you can get a discounted rate if you have Vitality membership. Good food and plenty of fitness activities to try out. The staff are very friendly
