Very handy hotel. Great staff who make you feel welcome.
Lovely room. Perfect location not too far from the centre of Ashby. The breakfast is by far the best bit, and the staff were really helpful on where was good to go for a drink or two
Lovely room with plenty of ammenaties. Comfortable bed and great shower. Good selection of food for breakfast. The only down side to our stay was the huge arguement between a couple in a room near ours at 2a.m. This disrupted our sleep, when we complained about the noise the night manager was unsure how to handle the situation as he was fairly new to the job. The manager called the police at our request, the police turned up quite promptly. The police defused the situation. To our dismay the couple were still allowed to stay in their room when they should have either been moved to a different in part of the building, seperated or removed from the building. We were promised a free breakfast, which we got, but for a full refund we have to write to head office.
Really nice location. The room was nice and clean. Was a little too warm at night but i was poorly so may have just been me!!
Service was absolutely fantastic and bed was comfy. Only issue was pillows were not great which made is hard to sleep and we had some noisy neighbors at 1.40 chatting outside but course that's not premier inns fault! Lovely room and would def stay again!
